The Future of Farming without the Farmer!!

It is a glimpse of the future of farming – and without a farmer in sight.

The firstĀ autonomous tractor has been revealed at theĀ Farm Progress Show in Boone, Iowa, and it can do everything from planting and spraying to harvesting.

It would allow farmers to simply pre-programme the vehicle, then remotely monitor it.

Case IH unveiled an autonomous concept vehicle recently at the Farm Progress Show in Boone, Iowa.

The concept vehicle is a Case IH row crop tractor that can operate autonomously, and the firm behind it says it could help farmers who currently struggle to find staff.

I’m not sure if it will be easy to get used to the look of it!
