Following on from a recent survey we completed with farmers, farm and forestry service providers, i.e., Agricultural Contractors, Fencing Contactors, Farm builders, Farm Accountants, Consultancy services, Hoof pairing providers and many more. We received some great feed back on how we can develop our platform to serve you the farmer , service providers and the industry a whole.
Some conclusions from the survey
- Irish Farm Services all though relatively new to its users, has provided some excellent help to clients.
- Having a portal, easy to use and focusing on some key farmer needs is of great benefit to the industry, as farmers felt some other websites were very scattered for certain core needs.
Steps to improve our services
One area users felt we could do better, was the listing of Farm, and Forestry service providers.
It was deemed by some clients that they would like to have more confidence in the service before they place an annual subscription.
