Animal Art at its best!!
During the week we had the pleasure of being introduced to the super talented Aidan Sloan and got to see some of the fantastic and almost life like paintings he has commissioned. Aidan is a new up and coming artist based in Co Down, Northern Ireland. Although he does not have formal training, he has built up his experience through his own research, late night reading and experimenting with various styles and methods. Aidan is a self-taught artist specialising in portrait and animal paintings. As you can see from the images below he has an amazing collection of paintings of many different types of farm animals, and such paintings are very close to the hearts of us farm enthusiasts.
Aidan will have a stall at the upcoming Balmoral Show from 10th-13th May where he will be selling original paintings, prints as well as taking a bookings/commissions from potential customers. He recently partnered with the organisers of the show and provided a print for an online competition to mark the launch of the 2017 tickets.
